What if a payment needs to be refunded?
Bank-to-bank payments can't be reversed automatically the way a card chargeback can. A refund is a new payment you send back to the customer. We'll walk you through it if it ever comes up.
Which banks are supported?
The major NZ banks are live now; more banks are rolling out through 2026 as NZ's open-banking standard expands.
